Construction Project Manager in Leeds, West Yorkshire

CONSTRUCTION PROJECT MANAGER - LEEDS - PERMANENT - £40,000 - £60,000

ARM are working with a leading construction company, looking for a Project Manager to join the established team based in Leeds. This would suit an experience Construction PM with a background of working on high value developments, with a focus on built environment or infrastructure.

About You:

• Degree qualified - preferably within a construction related discipline
• Experience working on and delivering high value developments with a focus on built environment or infrastructure
• Able to work on own initiative
• A strategic thinker with broad problem solving skills
• Personally committed to the delivery of excellent client service
• Positive attitude with a willingness to get involved, a 'can do' mentality
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage and lead
• Experience working in a client-focused environment - working closely with clients, updating clients on progress while taking personal responsibility in dealing with clients and striving to exceed their expectations

What you will be doing:

Project Management of exciting landmark projects across various sectors including commercial, industrial and education.

This is a full-time permanent opportunity based in Leeds.
