Construction Manager (Nights) in Hounslow, London

CONSTRUCTION MANAGER (NIGHTS) - WEST LONDON - 6 MONTH+ - £49.50 - £60.50 PER HOUR

ARM are working with a global built infrastructure client and we are looking for a Construction Manager for night work to be based in Heathrow, West London on an initial 6 month contract.

About You:
You will be an experienced Construction Manager or Site Manager who has a good understanding of QSHE management systems, document control and good working knowing of H&S. You will have demonstrable experience of managing others that includes meetings, raising issues, challenging practices, working with contractors and ensuring that the activities are to a high quality but also safe standard.

What you will be doing:
Our client is a major contractor for Heathrow Airport and have a number of contracts within the airport portfolio. They are also overseeing construction onsite and as the Construction Manager on nights. This will see you liaising with the daytime CM and helping to deliver on the projects at the airport in a safe manner.

This position will be based onsite at Heathrow Airport. Working full-time nights on a 37.5 hours per week contract.

What you can expect in return:
The rate for this position is between £49.50 and £60.50 per hour (Umbrella) inside IR35.
