Construction Manager – Assurance in Rickmansworth, Hertfordshire

CONSTRUCTION MANAGER - ASSURANCE - HERTFORDSHIRE / WEST LONDON - PERMANENT - £43,750 - £65,580

ARM are working with a large transport and infrastructure client and we are currently recruiting for a Construction Manager to support Assurance on one of their sites in Hertfordshire.

About You:
You will be an experience site constructions manager.
You will have good working knowledge of Health & Safety, NEC3 contracts and CDM regulations.
You will need to hold a UK driving licence for this position. Your experience will be ideally in rail or civil projects of a medium to large scale.

What you will be doing:
This is a key client side position that will be providing construction assurance for a major project worth around £200 million. Your role will be working with the principal contractor assuring their work and practices, ensuring that they fall in line with H&S, CDM and NEC frameworks and regulations.

This position will be based in Hertfordshire and close to the M25. The role will be mostly site based with time at home 1 or 2 days a week to complete admin tasks. There is some travel to sites in this this position, but using company vehicles.

The salary for this position is between £43,750 and £65,580 per annum. This will be dependent on experience and suitability for the position. On top of this is an excellent benefits package and a real chance of career progression too.
