Construction Manager in London

CONSTRUCTION MANAGER - SOUTH LONDON - 6 MONTH CONTRACT - UP TO £450 PER DAY

ARM are currently recruiting for a well-known rail client, who operates and develops Britain's railway infrastructure. They are currently seeking for a Construction Manager, for a 6 Month Contract.

About You:
* You will be required to HOLD a valid PTS Card.
* You will have experience working as a Construction Manager within Rail.
* You will have relevant experience in assurance of significant projects within construction and rail.
* You will have a good knowledge of CDM Regulations 2015.
* You will have Sentinel Controller of Site Safety Competence.

What you will be doing:
You will be undertaking construction management Quality and Health and Safety assurance audits along the Southern Sussex Route.

This position is based in London, it will be down the Sussex route with regular travel. It will be working Sunday - Thursday nights.

The rate for this position is £400 to £450 per day (Umbrella - inside IR35). We can offer PAYE working on this position and rates can be discussed at application.

For our client, we are required to undertake a DBS and reference checks prior to starting. We also can only consider applications from those eligible to work in the UK for this position
