*** Due to the nature of the role & the industry you will be working in, you will be required to achieve UK SC clearance up to UK DV Level ***
We are looking for a Configuration engineer to join and work as part of the Functional Development (FD) Team. You will be joining the team at an exciting time as they are working on developing a virtual test capability that will allow the functions to be assessed.
You will be responsible for -
Planning the Model Configuration Management Activities
Liaising with stakeholders and with other Dreadnought teams
Ensuring effective leadership of Configuration Management
Contributing to the onward development of model-based systems engineering
Configuration management of the Functional Development Team models
Key Skills we are looking for -
Configuration Management Engineering experience
Degree in a STEM subject or equivalent experience in relevant areas
Technical proficiency in modelling and simulation based on MATLAB and SIMULINK
Experience in a virtual testing environment is highly desirable
