Configuration Controller in Birmingham, West Midlands

CONFIGURATION CONTROLLER - WEST MIDLANDS - PERMANENT - £36,300 - £54,420

ARM are working with a leading engineering infrastructure company and we are recruiting for a Configuration Controller to join their team in the West Midlands.

About You:
* Ideally you will have some experience within configuration management or control, however this is not essential.
* You will have experience of stakeholder management, change management and be good with details with a willingness to learn.
* You may come from a graduate engineering position or Junior Project Manager or from Aerospace, Defence, Nuclear, Energy, Automotive or Rail sectors.

What you will be doing:
This is a position where you will be helping supporting configure the clients projects. This is a development position and the company is keen to bring see the incumbent learn aspects of the configuration management processes. Stakeholder (internal and external) management and change management is a key aspect for this role also.

This position will be based in Birmingham, West Midlands and will be working using the hybrid model. This will be 2 days a week in the office and 3 days working from home.

What you can expect in return:
The salary for this position is between £36,300 and £54,420 and will be dependent on experience and salary. On top of this is a generous benefits package that includes pension, private healthcare, life assurance and much more. There is also a real chance of progression, as there is a number of Senior Configuration Manager roles and a more senior structure above that within configuration also
