Communications Manager in London

Internal Communications Manager - 7 Month Contract - London (Hybrid) - £300 per day

Advanced Resource Managers are looking for an experience Communications Manager to help deliver a change and strategic communications plan. This sits within the Public Sector and is 2/3 days per week onsite.

The successful candidate will ideally have previous experience driving Employee Communications strategy within an internal communications role.

Responsibilities
* Take responsibility for creating and implementing employee communication plans and campaigns.
* Manage and develop effective online and offline communication channels with an emphasis on evolving digital platforms.
* Support Head of Employee Communications/Senior Comms Manager in the development and delivery of employee engagement and comms plans.
* Ensure company tone of voice and standards are adhered to within all internal comms.
* Track performance and activity of comms activities to improve on these going forward.

Requirements
* Previous experience within an internal communications role
* Strong working knowledge of different communications strategies and channels, including digital, face-to-face, social media, print, and broadcast.
* Excellent communication skills across all channels and with a variety of stakeholders.
* Ability to work across multiple projects at varying stages of completion and effectively prioritise workload.
