Commercial Manager in Plymouth, Devon

The Energy team here at Advanced Resource Managers are currently recruiting for an experienced Commercial Manager to join a leading nuclear/defence client in the Plymouth area.

Your responsibilities will include:

* Lead the preparation of estimating and cost planning duties and be able to present the same to the PP team and to the client.
* Incorporate appropriate financial data in the programme to produce a project cost/time distribution profile and communicate the results to the project team.
* Produce and maintain project baselines and execute the pre-construction change control process as appropriate.
* Develop and maintain project assumptions/exclusions and dependencies logs.
* Timely execution of business management responsibilities including completion of the daily timesheet.
* Ensure that key information and learning generated from each commission is input into the internal database.
* Identify and participate in new initiatives that add value and improve the business.

About you:

You will have a construction or consultancy background in the defence and/or nuclear sectors and be hungry to grow your career and enjoy the opportunities the client has to offer. You have appropriate commercial qualifications suitable to undertake the role along with experience in NEC contracting.

You are digitally savvy, can build lasting client relationships and lead strong, motivated teams. You will have a construction or project management background and be hungry to grow your career and enjoy the opportunities Mace has to offer.

Details of the role:
* £50,000-£55,000 base salary + £6,000 Car Allowance
