Job Title: Commercial Manager
Location: Central London - Hybrid (2 days in office, occasional travel to Acton or Stratford)
Contract Type: Interim (Inside IR35)
Rate: Up to £529.94/day (Umbrella)

Overview:
We're seeking a skilled Commercial Manager to support post-contract activities within a large public sector organisation. You'll oversee maintenance and asset management contracts, working closely with suppliers and internal project teams.

Key Focus Areas:

• Managing post-contract commercial matters (no procurement)
• Handling contract variations, payments, and governance
• Liaising with suppliers and internal stakeholders
• Applying knowledge of IP rights in contracts

Essential Experience:

• Post-contract management of complex/bespoke contracts
• Maintenance/asset contract experience
• Public sector or governed environments

Desirable:

• Rail sector experience
• Knowledge of intellectual property in contracts
• CIPS qualification
