Commercial Development Manager in Birmingham, West Midlands

COMMERCIAL DEVELOPMENT MANAGER - BIRMINGHAM - PERMANENT - UP TO £52,100 PER ANNUM

We are currently looking for a Commercial Development Manager for a leading railway company who are at the forefront of the UK's future in rail, for a permanent position.

About You:
* You will have a commercial property background.
* You will have the ability to develop and maintain a wide network of internal and external relationships.
* You will have an understanding of core property development concepts and delivery techniques.
* You will have knowledge of core property valuation, asset management and development appraisal techniques.

What you will be doing:
You will be managing the property leaseback transactions, communicating with stakeholders surrounding property arrangements.

For this role the company are open to look at graduates looking to get into a commercial development position.

This position is based in Birmingham on a hybrid basis. This will be working 5 days a week during normal office hours.

The salary for this position is between £36,300 - £52,100. On top of the salary is a range of excellent benefits and you will be working for a company that promotes from within, as well as offers professional training and other specifics opportunities to help you progress in your career.
