CNC Machinist – Nights in Portsmouth, Hampshire

PermanentOur client is looking for a CNC Machinist for night shifts with proven experience with 3 and 5 axis milling machines.
The ideal candidate must be an experienced CAM programmer with preferable Heidenhain control knowledge, good attention to detail, ability to read and understand drawings and CAD data, have knowledge of work holding best practices and a good understanding of metallic materials and their associated manufacturing behaviour. Multi-axis experience is advantageous although strong 3-axis CAM programmers would be considered.
This is an excellent opportunity to work for an established company with a strong reputation within their industry.
Working hours are 20:00 - 6:00 Monday to Thursday with the option of overtime on Friday. The pay rate is £17.5 - £19 per hour, based on experience.
