Summary
Is accountable for collating, reporting, communicating, and checkpointing a number of continuous improvement enterprise technology workstreams. Governs the continuous improvement pathway and ensures alignment with the relevant stakeholders. Collating summaries from workstream managers and driving standardized ways of working, reporting, and communicating. Drives alignment on status and effective RAID/ decision management through data & tools ensuring timely escalation management of actions. Works with workstream managers, practice leads and teams, broader technology, and business stakeholders

Experience
* Proven experience of working with multiple workstreams for continuous improvement or small change
* Experience working in an equivalent complex environment with multiple systems and work streams
* Has been responsible for collating and issuing summaries and communications to a broad set of stakeholders, technical and business

Knows a range of PMO processes, tools, and techniques.
* Demonstrable experience in introducing, documenting, and improving processes and tools.
* Experience across waterfall and Agile delivery.
Has previous experience working directly with workstream leads, Scrum masters, and Product owners to agree on management-type deliverables and add value to their delivery
