Campaign & Behaviour Marketing Change Manager in London

Campaign & Behaviour Marketing Manager - Stratford/Victoria/Hybrid - £350 - £380daily (Inside IR35) - 6 Month Contract

Advanced Resource Managers are looking for a Campaign Manager to join their Transport client in London on a 6 month interim, hybrid basis.
This role will be 2-3 days onsite in either Stratford or Victoria, and the rest from home. The ideal candidate will have customer-facing, multichannel experience working across radio, print, digital, and social media.

Responsibilities
* Development of short term (1-2 year) customer and user campaigns & programmes.
* Lead integration of the wider team for agreed projects.
* Lead day to day management and delivery of integrated communications campaigns & behaviour change programmes
* Generate ideas and ensure all channel owners have a chance to contribute to plans
* Ensure accuracy and compliance with brand guidelines
* Lead process for capturing campaign metrics and reporting these back to stakeholders.
* Budget management of up to £2M.

Requirements
* Experience managing delivery of outcome-focused customer communications campaigns.
* Experience working with 3rd party agencies and clients
* Strong knowledge of customer and user communications and behaviour change strategy.
* Excellent knowledge of marketing and communications channels, including Public Relations, News, stakeholder channels.
* CIM qualified desirable.
