Call Centre Operator - Fareham - Permanent - Up to £25,000 + Benefits + Bonus

ARM has an exciting opportunity for a Call Centre Operator to join the South's leading Sub Prime/Prime motor dealership based in Fareham

The role is a great opportunity and requires a special someone who can deliver great customer service and work as part of a fun and driven team.

Responsibilities:

* Contacting customers who have applied online for finance to complete their applications
* Forward applications over to a panel of finance lenders to obtain approvals and specific finance deals for each customer
* Answer telephone enquiries efficiently and effectively
* Establishing a great relationship with every customer
* Working within the sales team to ensure a smooth seamless process for the customers from application to driving their
new cars away

Requirements:

* You will need to have a full UK Drivers license
* Good Communication skills
* IT Literate
* Experience ideally in a telephone-based environment, preferably within car sales
* Motivated to achieve sales targets
