Business Facing HR Manager - Canterbury (Hybrid) - Permanent - £65,000 - £75,000 + Benefits

Advanced Resource Managers are looking for a HR Manager to join their client in Canterbury on a permanent, hybrid basis.

This role will have you overseeing a large number of employees within a unionised matrix organisation. Previous experience within a role of this scope would be ideal.

Responsibilities
* Coach and develop unit team
* Oversee the deployment of the HR calendar and initiatives
* Support embedding of new HR operating model ensuring efficiencies and new way of working are delivered effectively.
* Coach and develop Operations Managers within your region.
* Bey a key member of the regional team working in partnership with line managers to develop capability
* Create an understanding of the importance of engagement and principles at all levels
* Update Senior HR Manager and other key stakeholders regarding key business impacts and priorities within the business.

Requirements
* Strong HR Generalist experience within a unionised matrix environment.
* Degree qualified/relevant experience, and CIPD qualified/relevant experience.
* Excellent working knowledge of UK legislative frameworks and associated people policies and terms.
* Able to build proactive relationships - and influence - stakeholders, including trade unions.
* Coaching and development experience.
* Customer focused mindset.
* Excellent analysis and presentation skills.
