Business Change Manager in London

BUSINESS CHANGE MANAGER - LONDON - 12 MONTH CONTRACT - UP TO £584

Advanced Resource Managers are working with a company who are a main police force are looking for a Business Change Manager on a 12 month contract, based in London.

About You:
* You will have an active security clearance.
* You will have experience of business change including planning, managing and implementing change.
* You will have the ability to provide effective challenge to support delivery of change management.
* You will have experience supporting people with limited business change knowledge.
* You will have exceptional planning and organisational skills.
* You will have experience using information to judge business change to support decision-making.

What you will be doing:
You will be providing support to the Business Change Leads to help develop and manage the Change Network, providing change management support, training, guidance and assurance.

The role is based in London. This will be working 5 days a week during normal office hours, it is a hybrid position.

The rate for this position is between £575 - £584 per day inside IR35. We can offer PAYE working on this position and rates can be discussed at application.
