Building Surveyor (Rail) in Birmingham, West Midlands

BUILDING SURVEYOR (RAIL) - WEST MIDLANDS - 12 MONTHS - £450 PER DAY

ARM are working with a leading Railway organisation and we are currently recruiting for a Building Surveyor on rail to join the team in the West Midlands.

About You:
* You will be a qualified and experienced Building Surveyor with experience of building assets for maintenance, repair and renewals.
* You will hold a valid PTS (Personal Trackside Safety) to allow railway access.

What you will be doing:
This position will see you providing professional technical advice on railway building assets to determine current condition and assessing need for replacement or future spending, while maintaining the asset register. This may mean access to railway asset along the track.

This position will be based in Birmingham and working using the hybrid model. This is offered as an initial 12 month contract, working 5 days per week.

What you can expect in return:
The rate for this position is £450 per day (Umbrella) Inside IR35.

* Eligible to work in the UK for the duration of the contract.
* You will hold a valid PTS.
* You need to be aware of pre-compliance that will require a DBS check and full-work history checks.
