Building Surveyor in Newcastle upon Tyne, Tyne and Wear

BUILDING SURVEYOR - NEWCASTLE - 12 MONTH CONTRACT - £45 PER HOUR - PART TIME 15-30hrs PER WEEK

Advanced Resource Managers are currently recruiting for a global company that works on major projects throughout the UK. They are currently looking for a Building Surveyor

About You:
- You will be an experienced building surveyor.
- You will understand CDM Regs and health and safety requirements.
- It would be beneficial if you are a member of the royal institution of charted surveyors, MCIOB, or working towards membership.
- You have a BSc (Hon's) Building Surveying RICS Accredited degree or similar.
- You will have experience working with NEC and JCT contracts

What you will be doing:
You will be working on multiple projects in a variety of sectors, providing a range of building surveying duties and managing the client relationship and service delivery on a project basis along with the other senior colleagues.

This role is based in Newcastle on a salary of £45 per hour (Umbrella/ inside IR35) on a 12-month contract.

You need to be eligible to work in the UK for this role, a DBS check may also be required.
