Building Safety Systems Manager in Weybridge, Surrey

BUILDING SAFETY SYSTEMS MANAGER - SURREY - 12 MONTH CONTRACT - £600 PER DAY

ARM are working with a central government authority and we are currently recruiting for a Building Safety Systems Manager to join their team in Surrey on an initial 12 month contract.

About You:
* You will have significant experience of building safety systems such as fire systems, building systems, lifts, etc.
* You will have knowledge of HSE safety criteria also. Ideally you experience will be within scientific, laboratory or hospital areas, as this work is closely linked to similar work environments.
* You will need to hold one of the following clearances; CTC or SC or DV clearance. These need to be active and candidates without these are not able to be considered and will be rejected.

What you will be doing:
This position is acting as a technical expert on a governments investment into updating and new scientific facilities in the UK, which are at the forefront of environmental research and protection of UK citizens.

The position is based in Weybridge, Surrey and is working in the office 4 days a week with some travel to other sites in the UK, and some home working also.

What you can expect in return:
This is offered as an initial 12 month contract initially. The rate for this position is £600 per day (Umbrella) Inside IR35.
