BMS Field Service Engineer in London

The Energy Division at ARM are currently recruiting an experienced BMS Field Service Engineer to join a leader in the provision of pioneering digital automation and energy management systems, the role will be covering West and Central London.

Job Overview:

As BMS Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for:-

Operating within company policies and guidelines to ensure we work in a safe and responsible manner taking a zero-tolerance approach to unsafe behaviour
Taking ownership of your customer base to meet/exceed our contractual requirements
Delivering a best in class service
Working closely with the customer to identify operational issues that we can resolve
Proactively identify and provide quoted solutions for improvements, upgrades or repairs
Identify energy and enhancement projects to provide suggestions and opportunities beneficial for both parties

Some of your duties will include:

Carrying out planned preventative maintenance, reactive maintenance and installations of BMS systems

Operating and maintaining own BMS controller and BMS systems

Modifying and integrating software program, strategies and systems

Ensure all BMS systems are monitored and modified

What do you need to succeed?

An Electrical background, BMS and/or HVAC industry experience would be beneficial but not necessary
You possess previous experience in the Field Service environment, where you had to look after customers
Be able to demonstrate related work experience and a strong track record in similar role
Positive attitude and constructive approach
Hold a full driving license
