Bid Coordinator in London

Bid Coordinator - London - Permanent - 30 -35K

ARM are working with a well-known transportation client who are currently involved with transportation in the UK. We are currently recruiting for an experienced Bid Coordinator to join their team based in London.

About You:
- You will be working as a part of a team to make sure that they are producing high quality submissions such as questionnaire tenders, proposals, and presentations.
- You will be expected to work independently as well as working in a team.
- You will need to have a good knowledge of MS office including word, PowerPoint, Visio and excel.

What you will be doing:
- You will need to be able to do inbox management, raising clarifications and document management within an active business environment.
- You will be a key member of a team making sure they are meeting their deadlines, checking documents, and completing day to day admin management.

This role is based in London It is a full-time role with the opportunity to have hybrid working.

They offer a competitive salary for this role, up to 35K. They also offer an optional pension scheme and private medical insurance As well as 25 days holiday plus bank holidays.
