£445 per day (Inside)

ARM have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Benefits Manager to join one of our clients in London on an initial 3-month basis.

If you have strong benefits experience within a business that has recently gone through a merger with systems integration, this is the ideal role for you.

Responsibilities:

* Manage all vendors.
* Help growing an internal junior benefits administration incumbent into potential manager level.
* Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives.
* Handle benefits enrolment, eligibility verification, and claims processing.
* Help manage employee inquiries regarding benefits packages and provide assistance as needed.
* Assist with budgeting and forecasting for benefits expenses.

Requirements:

* Benefits experience within a business that has recently gone through a merger with systems integration.
* Strong Vendor management experience.
* Expérience of PMI, Pension, Group Inc. Protection.
* Knowledge of Invoices and PO would be beneficial.
* Previous man management is preferred.
