Assistant Project Manager in London

ASSISTANT PROJECT MANAGER - LONDON - 6 MONTH CONTRACT - UP TO £320 PER DAY

Advanced Resource Managers are working with a company who are the integrated transport authority responsible for the strategy and commitments are looking for an Assistant Project Manager on a 6 month contract, based in London.

About You:
* You will have experience as an Assistant Project Manager.
* You will have a Project Manager Qualification.
* You will have experience ideally in rail, if not in manufacturing, automotive or aeronautical.
* You will have experience in managing maintenance, rolling stock, or mobilising a production line.

What you will be doing:
You will be supporting various project delivery activities with the assigned project or programme on a day-to-day basis, being responsible for identifying emerging issues, problems or variance to the agreed project objectives, plan, budget, and scope.

Your typical day would consist of updating material spreadsheets, being responsible for organisation, mobilisation works, talking to suppliers for quotes for materials and tools, writing project documentation, updating trackers and financial forecasts.

The role is based in London, hybrid. This will be working 5 days a week during normal office hours.

The rate for this position is between £300 to £320 Per Day (Inside IR35), based on experience and suitability.

For our client, we are required to undertake a DBS and reference checks prior to starting. We also can only consider applications from those eligible to work in the UK for this position.
