ASSISTANT CONTRACTS MANAGER - LONDON - 3 MONTHS CONTRACT - £23.50 PER HOUR UMB

Arm are delighted to be working for one of the UK's Largest Infrastructure companies, who helps to construct, upgrade and maintain buildings and infrastructure across the country, for both private and public-sector customers. They are seeking for an experienced Assistant Contracts Manager to join their team based in London.

About You:
* You will be educated to A level or degree level.
* You will have a knowledge and understanding of PFI contracts.
* You will hold knowledge of the PFI standards and regulations.
* You need strong interpersonal skills and relationship building.
* You will have excellent knowledge of reporting procedures and record keeping.

What you will be doing:
You will deputise in your manager's absence ensuring performance data is accurately reported including Quality Failure submissions and ensuring the suitable mitigations against any service failures or breaches are evidenced and credible. You will ensure project data is kept confidential and is reported in line with the contractual obligations.

This role will be Office/ Site-based role in Derby. There will be an opportunity for the role to become a permanent position.

This role is a 3 Month contract.

The rate for this position is £23.50 Per Hour (UMB) Inside IR35.
