Asset Maintenance Supervisor in Watford, Hertfordshire

ASSET MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR - HERTFORDSHIRE - 12-MONTH CONTRACTS - £346 PER DAY (UMB)

ARM are currently recruiting for a well-known rail client, who operates and develops Britain's railway infrastructure. They are currently seeking for professional Asset maintenance Supervisor that is based in Hertfordshire.

About You:
* You will need experience in overseeing a team of our own direct labour and multiple subcontractors.
* You will need to have experience in dealing with stakeholders and clients.
* You must have Plan preventative maintenance (ppm) experience.
* You will be managing a large number of stations and depots.

What you will be doing:
* You will manage, direct, arrange and encourage the teams so that work is undertaken safely, efficiently and to the relevant standards, while undertaking and directing inspection, faulting, maintenance, and renewal work as allocated.
* You will prepare work and resource specifications, scopes of work, and method statements including Safe System of Work Plans.
* You will check that vehicles, plant, tools, equipment and materials under their control are fit for use and are used/stored and disposed of correctly.

This role is a is based in Hertfordshire role. This role will be fully site/ office based.

The rate for this role is £346 per day and will be dependent on experience within rail and suitability for the role. This is the Umbrella rate, as this role is inside IR35.

This role is a 12 Month Contract. You MUST HOLD a Valid PTS card.
