PermanentMy Client is seeking Assembly Fitters to work at their manufacturing facility in Gloucetster.
A generous starting salary and shift premiums is available.
As an Assembly Mechanical Fitter, you'll be responsible for assembling and testing aircraft components, assemblies and sub-systems, while maintaining a high standard of quality for each component.
Job Requirements
You'll already have Fitting experience from a previous role, ideally in an Aerospace or Automotive environment.
We're looking for someone with:
* A completed Apprenticeship in Mechanical Engineering.
* The ability to follow technical drawings, specs, procedures, and test instructions.
* A desire to learn and understand the basic principles of production flow lines, and takt times.
* Knowledge of COSH and flow line methodologies is ideal, but not essential for you to apply.
