ARM have an exciting opportunity for a Architectural Technologist, This role is ideal for a detail-oriented technician with strong CAD/BIM skills and 5+ years? experience in architecture or construction.
The Role:
- Draft & revise technical drawings and specifications
- Coordinate with stakeholders (clients, engineers, contractors)
- Undertake site inspections and surveys
- Maintain project documentation
- Assist with client presentations and regulatory submissions
- Assisting our Assigned Certifier team with compliance inspections and documentation.
Requirements:
- Bachelor?s in Architecture/Architectural Technology
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp
- Strong understanding of Irish Building regulations and supporting Standards and codes
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
