Up to £45,000 + Door-to-Door

Air Conditioning Engineer (Data Centers) Role & Responsibilities:

  • Perform planned maintenance, reactive repairs, and commissioning on a wide range of HVAC and cooling systems within datacenter environments.
  • Maintenance, troubleshooting. repair, servicing, installation, and commissioning of refrigeration, air conditioning, and ventilation systems in particular liquid cooling systems
  • Precision Cooling for Data Centers
  • Lead and support other engineers on-site, ensuring high-quality standards.
  • Fault finding, diagnostics, and repairs across electrical and mechanical components.
  • Manage and update asset records for seamless contract execution.
  • Build strong client relationships and act as the on-site technical lead.
  • Quote and deliver small projects and remedial works.
  • Submit clear and accurate engineering reports.

What We're Looking For:

  • F-Gas Certification (mandatory)
  • Hands-on experience in data centre HVAC systems and/or fluid cooling technologies
  • NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning (preferred)
  • Strong fault-finding and repair skills across mechanical and electrical systems
  • Comfortable working independently or in a team; mentoring junior engineers
  • Health & Safety tickets (PASMA, IPAF, etc.) are a bonus
  • Full UK Driving Licence

Salary & Hours:

  • Up to £45,000 basic + door-to-door travel pay
  • 40 hours per week | Monday to Friday
  • 25 days annual leave + 8 bank holidays
