About you
The candidate will hold a range of experience and qualifications:
* Experience vehicle testing with applicable driver-trained licenses and permits for test locations.
* Familiar with Valkyrie and its systems
* Engineering degree is advantageous (alternatively, equivalent experience)
* Previous experience in a workshop is advantageous.
The Role
The role will consist of delivering great customer service to Valkyrie owners. Additionally, planning and supporting servicing, performance upgrades, and faults on engineering support.
The candidate will support the Head of Valkyrie After-sales and provide customers with Technical advice and solutions to any problems that are encountered. The candidate will assist in the creation of the process processes and procedures to manage Valkyries in the field.
