Administrator in Waltham Forest, London

PermanentOur client is currently looking to recruit an Administrator to join their team in the London (E4) area.
Key Responsibilities
- Sending out inspection appointments to tenants
- Organising the inspector's daily diary
- Logging inspection reports
- Reporting repairs to landlord's
- Raising repairs job sheets for maintenance
- Instructing third party contractors for repairs
- Sending warning letters where required
- Liaising with local authorities
- Helping to answer the phone to support the Housing Department
Skills/Qualifications
- Good IT skills including the ability to use Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Numerate with good analytical skills and communicate with clear written instructions.
- Able to lead, self-motivate, and supervise your own work schedule to achieve targets and a high standard of service.
- Able to understand policies and procedures in relation to your duties and responsibilities
- Pragmatic, creative approach to problem solving with an emphasis on fast, practical solutions
