Administrator - West London - 6 Month Contract -
£17.74 Per Hour Umbrella Rate

Advanced Resource Managers are currently recruiting for a global company who works on major projects throughout the UK. They are currently looking for an Administrator to join their team based in West London.

About You:
You will have the ability to work in a team and of your own accord.
You will be IT literate, with experience with MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.
You will be able to alter communication styles, between in-house teams and clients.

What you will be doing:
In this position, you will be tasked with handling incoming and outgoing correspondents and inquiries for the delivery teams as well as monitoring and processing requests to shared mailboxes. You will also be asked to help create and manage documents, presentations, and spreadsheets as well as compile reports monthly on Suppliers.

This position is based in West London and is commutable by Car, Bus, train etc.

The rate of pay for this position is up to £17.74 Per Hour Umbrella Rate.
