Accounts Payable Administrator in Guildford, Surrey

Accounts Payable Administrator - Shalford (Hybrid) - 6 month FTC - £25,000-£30,000 (DOE)

ARM are delighted to be recruiting for an Accounts Payable Administrator to join their luxury brand dedicated to creating and manufacturing the world's greatest driving cars in Surrey on a FTC basis.

The role will be managing the processing of supplier invoices and supplier relationships.

Responsibilities:
* Supplier invoice processing, matching invoices to purchase orders and goods in records
* Supplier statement and ledger management
* Aged creditor and debit balance reconciliations
* Liaise with internal and external contacts to resolve invoice queries in a timely manner
* Assistance with bi-monthly supplier payment run
* Month end close deadlines and assistance with month end processes
* Manage accounts payable mailbox
* Support co-workers within the finance team on other ad-hoc tasks

Requirements:
* Will have previous experience in a similar role
* High level of accuracy and attention to detail
* Able to work in a high volume, fast paced environment
