3D Electrical Engineer in Warwickshire

Job Description - 3D Engineer
* Deliver innovative and competitive and timely 3D EDS system design solutions meeting the scope of the applicable SOW's
* Responsibility for ensuring 3D releases
* Responsibility for the adherence to the design process and the integrity, reliability, robustness of the product
* Responsibility for delivering SDS compliant designs and ensuring DVP deliverables are met.
* Responsibility for the delivery of Engineering Sign Off including supporting documentation (Boundary Diagrams, DFMEA, QHR, DVP etc.)
* Responsibility for stopping Engineering Sign Off activity and escalating immediately to line Manager
* Support virtual builds
* Support TVM / VA/VE activity. Technical content only.
* Support requests for missing connector CAD data
* Monitor & maintain CAD compatibility (DPA Tracker)
* Compliance to MCAD / ECAD
* Review and sign off components, prior to production tooling being ordered. Technical content only.
* Manage and support ECMS/CONCERNS/AIMS reviews including and ensuring OEM's database is updated with next action and TFPD (Target Fix Point Date).
* Support Prototype builds at OEM and LEONI manufacturing sites

Duration of contract
The duration of the contract will be until D7A Job1 + 90 days. Actual dates will be dictated by the commodity plan issued by Leoni Project Team based on information supplied by the customer. The commodity plan may or may not be updated as the project progresses. New contracts will only be issued if the project or milestones change.
