2nd Line Support Engineer in Dorset

Our client are seeking a motivated and experienced 2nd Line IT Support Engineer to join their expanding team based in Wool, Dorset.

The 2nd Line IT Engineer will take ownership and manage tickets through resolution. You'll be troubleshooting, maintaining, and supporting a wide range of systems.

This will be a customer-focused role so good communication skills is essential.

This is a 2nd line role so good 2nd Line Support experience is also essential.

• Symantec Products
• Cisco LAN/WAN (routers, switches, ASAs)
• Routing/switching equipment including, but not limited to, Cisco, Dell, HP switches, routers and firewalls
• Citrix (XenApp/XenDesktop)
• Sharepoint 2010/2013

This is a site-based role - Monday-Friday in the offices.
