Helpdesk Support
You'll help to keep ARM running smoothly by monitoring and responding quickly to incoming IT requests.
What you'll be doing
- Responding to requests for technical assistance in person, via phone, chat or email
- Creating new profiles for new starters and closing leaver profiles
- Diagnosing and resolving technical hardware and software issues
- Researching questions using available information resources and advising users
- Supporting employees with mobile phone queries
- Following up with customers and users to ensure complete resolution of issues
- Identifying and escalating situations requiring urgent attention
- Resolving technical problems with Local Area Networks and Wide Area networks
- Staying current with system information, changes and updates
About you
You'll have a good working knowledge of the following:
- M365 Administration including InTune
- Citrix
- VMware
- Exchange Online
- SharePoint
- Office 365,
- Teams and other virtual meeting tools
Additionally, you'll have good attention to detail, be self-motivated, flexible and resilient.
