Helpdesk Support

You'll help to keep ARM running smoothly by monitoring and responding quickly to incoming IT requests.

What you'll be doing

  • Responding to requests for technical assistance in person, via phone, chat or email
  • Creating new profiles for new starters and closing leaver profiles
  • Diagnosing and resolving technical hardware and software issues
  • Researching questions using available information resources and advising users
  • Supporting employees with mobile phone queries
  • Following up with customers and users to ensure complete resolution of issues
  • Identifying and escalating situations requiring urgent attention
  • Resolving technical problems with Local Area Networks and Wide Area networks
  • Staying current with system information, changes and updates

About you

You'll have a good working knowledge of the following:

  • M365 Administration including InTune
  • Citrix
  • VMware
  • Exchange Online
  • SharePoint
  • Office 365,
  • Teams and other virtual meeting tools

Additionally, you'll have good attention to detail, be self-motivated, flexible and resilient.
