ARM is delighted to be supporting the hiring of a Cyber Security Consultant on a permanent basis to join an exciting consultancy operating primarily in the defence and civil sectors. The purpose of the role is to support high-profile defence and public programmes. You will be involved throughout the full project lifecycle providing advice and guidance to ensure the ICT systems remain protected.

Responsibilities:

* Providing security advice and guidance for major programmes and system procurements
* Detecting, investigating and evaluating risks across programmes, projects and systems
* Communicate with stakeholders the causes and impacts of risks throughout the system lifecycle
* Create and support the development of security assurance documentation
* Develop and review new security architectures

Requirements:

* Proven experience with complex information systems
* Background in security or technical delivery or consulting
* A solid understanding of large-scale information and communications technical environments
* Comfortable presenting and explaining conclusions to stakeholders
* Strong written and verbal communications skills
