Product Manager (B2C Reviews) in London

PermanentWe have an exciting Product Manager opportunity for an expanding team in an in-house product organisation.
This position is Hybrid - 2 days a week in either London or Portsmouth (your preference)
The successful candidate will develop a product roadmap that delivers outstanding consumer engagement.
Overview:
- You will own and lead our reviews product; improving the conversion rate of our reviews flow and managing the merchandising of reviews across both sides of our marketplace.
- You'll focus on the impact of communications aimed at driving the volume and richness of the reviews. You'll co-operate closely with our internal marketing, operations, wider product and engineering teams to see ideas through to completion.
- You'll be responsible for the product strategy, roadmap and ultimately the end to end lifecycle. We are a highly data driven business with love for insights and analytics.
- Consequently you'll work closely with our UX team to gather customer feedback and user research.
- You'll assume a test and learn approach and undertake A/B testing to leverage the feedback to iterate product features and enhancements. You'll define and deliver KPIs including continued evaluation of product performance.
