BUILDING CLERK OF WORKS - NEWCASTLE - 12-MONTH CONTRACT - £45 PER HOUR PART TIME 15 -30 HRS PER WEEK

Advanced Resource Managers are currently recruiting for a global company that works on major projects throughout the UK. They are currently looking for a building Clerk of Works

About You:
- You will be experienced working as a Building Services Clerk of Works
- You have HND /HNC in building services engineering or mechanical/electrical engineering or a similar subject.
- You will have good report-writing skills and be able to detailed notes and understand project briefs from clients

What you will be doing:
You will be working on multiple projects in a variety of sectors, providing site surveys inspections and monitoring site works. You will also be managing the client relationship and working with sub-contractors and producing reports.

This role is based in Newcastle on a salary of £45 per hour (Umbrella/ inside IR35) on a 12-month contract. This is a part-time role working 15-30 hrs per week depending on workload.

You need to be eligible to work in the UK for this role, a DBS check is required for this role.
