We are looking for a Manufacturing engineer with PCB experience to support in the Selective soldering process, from a programming, build instruction and process improvement perspective. You will be soldering components to printed circuit boards (PCBs) and moulded modules that could be damaged by the heat of a reflow oven or wave soldering in a traditional surface-mount technology (SMT) or through-hole technology assembly processes.
Key skills we are looking for -
*Knowledge / experience of using CAD file (Such as GenCAD, Mentor Neutral, ODB++ files)
*Experience of 'on and off line' selective soldering programming (ERSA and or Pillarhouse equipment preferred - not essential)
*Knowledge and experience of the selective soldering process.
*Selective soldering pallet and tooling design
*IPC training
