Advanced Resource Managers are looking for a permanent Marketing Designer to join their client on a fully remote basis.

This ideal candidate will be responsible for creating beautiful, branded designs across various touchpoints including email, website, & social media, while championing the brand and creating user-cantered designs that cater to the wider design needs of the business.

Responsibilities
* Supporting the wider marketing team with creating beautiful, branded designs across our multiple touchpoints including email, website & social media.
* Championing the brand and creating user-cantered designs that cater to the wider design needs of the business.
* Crafting engaging user interfaces in our hub to inspire our audience and improve conversion rates.
* Execute in all phases of the design process - from being involved in analysis, research, producing wireframes, creating pixel-perfect visuals to the final design.
* Learning, testing concepts and iterating constantly for continuous customer journey improvements.

Requirements
* Demonstrate ownership and accountability for your work and have a strong drive to push your vision forward.
* Display a natural inclination towards creativity and imagination.
* Possess a discerning eye for crafting premium and engaging brand experiences.
* Showcase an impressive portfolio of recent work demonstrating proficiency in designing for cross-platform, multi-device, and multi-touchpoint experiences.
* Experience using design software (Figma & Adobe CC)
* Apply a user-centred design approach to all aspects of your work.
