Assistant Commercial Manager in London

Assistant Commercial Manager - London - Contract - £404 per day (Umbrella)

ARM is currently recruiting for an Assistant Commercial Manager to join a client based in London on an initial 6 month contract, offering hybrid working.

The Assistant Commercial Manager will support on projects and categories from concept through specification, contract and procurement, design, delivery, verification and operational support.

Experience
* Proven experience in commercial negotiations for procurements for at least two life cycles.
* Managing a small team of specialists and /or ability to prioritise and work on own initiative.
* Experience in contract/purchase order management and administration.
* Understanding of public sector regulations.
* Call of competition framework.
* Previous tendering experience.

Requirements
* Qualified to CIPS professional standard or equivalent.
* Detailed knowledge and understanding of current domestic and EU legislative requirements and proven experience in applying these to day-to-day procurement activities and documentation.
* Computer literate and experienced in use of standard spreadsheet and WP software packages.
