PermanentOur client is seeking an Junior Installation and Maintenance Engineer to join their expanding team of engineers based in Southampton. This is a great opportunity for someone with skills in installing telephony systems and cabling to support a variety of clients across the UK.
What you will be doing?
- Installing cloud and PBX telephony systems
- Cabling
- Site Surveys and Project management
- Gathering and confirming customer requirements
- Delivering training to customers
- Providing reports on work completed
Who are you?
- You are professional and can represent our brand well.
- You have experience in the communication's technical arena.
- You are presentable and have the experience required to perform the role.
Requirements
- Full (UK) driving license - so you can visit the clients
- Great customer service and customer facing skills, so you are winning when you get there!
- You know and understand telecommunications.
- You can project manage and you have great IT skills.
- Experience with Ericsson LG PBX or iPECS Cloud
- Experience with VOIP & PABX
