Advanced Resource Managers are currently recruiting for a global company who work on major projects throughout the UK. They are currently looking for a Lead Highways Engineer to join their team.
About You:
- You will need to have previous experience of working on technical engineering projects within the highways sector.
- You will have experience of leading and managing a team.
- You will have experience and knowledge of technical standards with Highways.
- You will hold a recognised degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent subject, and you will be member of a relevant professional institution.
What you will be doing:
- You will be leading and managing your team, working on a wide range of engineering projects on Highways.
- You will be a technical reviewer and lead on complex projects.
- You will be building long lasting relationships with your clients to promote the company and obtain new and repeat business.
This role is based in Newcastle or Stockton-on-Tees, it is a full-time hybrid role. Office attendance will be 2-3 times a week
The salary for this role is up to £68,000 depending on experience. The benefits package includes a 25-day holiday allowance with the option to buy up to 5 days, life insurance and a pension plan.
You need to be eligible to work in the UK for this role, a DBS may also be required
