Business Change Manager in Exeter, Devon

PermanentOur client are seeking a Business Change Manager to join their team based in Exeter on a hybrid basis.
The role of the Business Change Manager is to lead the business change element of large and medium scale programmes of IT delivery.
The primary focus will be on creating and implementing a framework of best practice and standards by which to deliver business change, that minimises resistance and maximises engagement with major investment in technology and its attendant impact in business functions.
The Business Change Manager will lead a small team of Change Analysts to work closely with Delivery Programme and Project Managers in embedding the successful management of change as a critical element in the delivery lifecycle.
We're seeking strong skills across Strategy, Planning, Acquisition & Deployment and Operational Management.
Experience
- Strong change management experience
- Demonstrable experience of leading and mentoring change analysts
- Extensive and broad‐based IT and business experience, delivering diverse IT and/or change projects and programmes in a medium/large organisation
- Demonstrable experience building relationships with and influencing senior leaders and stakeholders and evidence of successful delivery to time and budget
- Demonstrable evidence of developing, implementing and promoting strategies, frameworks and methodologies for delivery of IT and associated business change
- Commercial acumen with experience managing suppliers and third parties
