Associate Director – Estimating in London

Associate Director Estimating. Rail Sector / Construction - London - Permanent £70k - £80k

Advanced Resource Managers are currently recruiting for a global company who work on major construction and infrastructure projects. They are currently looking for an Associate Director (Estimating) to join their Transportation team based in London .

About You:
- You will have previous experience working on major projects in the Rail Sector or Construction.
- You will have a very good understanding of costs during a project life cycle,
- You will have excellent communication skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders
- You will have quantity surveying background in the construction or Rail Sector

What you will be doing:
You will act as a single point of contact for the client, addressing any issues on costs
You will be working closely with internal teams working on cost management for your client.
You will manage your client and develop their procedures and policies to help with cost management.

This role is based in London however hybrid working is available with the expectation to be in the office 2-3 days a week.

The salary for this permanent role is between £70,000 - £80,000 depending on experience. If desired, there will be career progression and development within the company. Other benefits include:
