Description:Skills/Experience
* Experience in supporting Agile ways of working across product teams/value streams
* Strong knowledge in Project/Programme governance
* Proficient in all Microsoft Product suites (Office, Project,Visio)
* Experience using Azure Devops/Jira/PowerBi Reporting
* Customer Focus
* Support for Scrum master/Delivery Lead
* Experience of Portfolio level reporting
* Strong RAID management
* Experience in supporting Finance reporting (budgets/actuals/forecasts)
* Excellent communication skills at all levels
* Strength to challenge and to offer improvements
* Team player and ability to work on own initiative
Accountabilities
* Carry out day-to-day activities for project-level or programme-level core functions including collation of RAID, resource and planning data, MI, progress reports and completed project report / financial templates and required information.
* Provide secretariat services including meeting logistics, preparation of minutes, and following up on actions.
* Provide support and guidance to delivery leads in tracking their budgets. Monitor compliance with reporting / financial standards and intervene when this deviates or slips.
* Manage production and consolidation of reports, using appropriate templates and meeting all relevant deadlines.
* Update and improve team methodologies, work instructions, policies, standards and procedures.
* Support all Delivery leads and Product Owners with the identification and documentation of project benefits/value.
* Liaise with suppliers in respect of commercial engagement and/or billing enquiries.
* Support the Head of Delivery/Operations for Team materials/communications
* Support the Team in Resource Management, Onboarding
* Ideally experience in delivering Agile Coaching.
