Inclusive Leadership Manager in London

Inclusive Leadership Manager - London (Hybrid) - 3-4 Month Contract - £26 per hour (Inside IR35)

Advanced Resource Managers are looking for an Inclusive Leadership Manager to join their public sector client on an initial 3-4 month basis. This role has the potential to be made permanent.

The ideal candidate for this position will have prior experience leading on Equality Impact Assessments, and will be a point of contact for all queries and policies relating to protected characteristics. This position has the potential to be made permanent at the end of the contract.

Responsibilities

• Act as a main contact point for all queries regarding Equality Impact Assessments (EIA)
• Host training sessions regarding EIAs
• Improve all policies and procedures relating to EIAs across the business
• Act as a champion on protected characteristics

Requirements

• Previous experience running Equality Impact Assessments
• Previous experience working collaboratively across a large business and running training sessions.
• A future-thinking attitude regarding all things Equality, Diversity, and Inclusivity.
• Highly organised, with the ability to prioritise workload efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills and a people-oriented mindset.
