Design Engineer – Permanent – Germany in Hamburg (22113), Hamburg

Your Responsibilities are to:
* Create electrical detail drawings
* Implement customer specifications
* Create mechanical views for products
* Clarify technical interfaces to customers as well as sub-contractors
* Order technically complex material in cooperation with the project purchasing
* Ensure coordination with technical specifications
* Lead any technical conversations with customers and suppliers
* Take part in the creation of test regulations
* Participate in functional tests and hand overs
* Provide support with internal and external documentation requirements
* Comply with deadlines and budgets
* Report on status and project related issues to the team or line manager in time

Requirements:
* Have completed training as a state-certified electric engineering technician or certified Bachelor or Master electrician or relevant
* Be knowledgeable in the design and the construction of electrical power distribution systems relevant to the position
* Hands-on experience with common design tools such as EPLAN P8 or relevant
* Good communicational skills
* Be knowledgeable in the application of classification requirements and industrial standards are needed
* MS Office skills are necessary
* German and English technical language skills in speaking and writing, for any documentation and communication purposes
* Driving license and willingness to travel for meetings and relevant needs
