Senior Project Manager – Land Referencing in Birmingham, West Midlands

SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER - LAND REFERENCING - WEST MIDLANDS - INITIAL 3 MONTH CONTRACT - £650 PER DAY

ARM are working with a well-known client side railway company and we are currently recruiting for an experienced Senior Project Manager within Land Referencing to join the team based in the West Midlands.

About You:
* You will be able to demonstrate successful delivery on projects as a Project Manager.
* You will have had experience within any of the following: governmental department, policy, chartered surveying, land and property or land referencing. We can also look at those from organisations that are public funded away from central government.
* You will have some experience of GIS data and ideally have experience of working with or alongside the DfT.
* You will need to have a high standard of English to be considered as there is a lot of communication to the public in this position.

What you will be doing:
This position will see you managing 2 Project Managers and will be representing the organisation to the DfT and communicating with partner organisations and the public to ensure land purchasing decisions are effectively made.

This position is based in Birmingham and will be working using the Hybrid model.

The rate for this position is between £600 and £650 per day (Umbrella) inside IR35
