People Business Partner - 12 Month Fixed-Term Maternity Cover - Chelmsford - £70,000 - £78,000

Advanced Resource Managers are recruiting a People Business Partner to join their Public Sector client in Chelmsford, Essex on a 12-month fixed term basis.

To be successful in this role, you will ideally be CIPD Level 5 or 7 qualified and have extensive experience as a senior HR professional.

Responsibilities

• Operations planning and performance review to maintain and improve upon service delivery
• Work collaboratively across business functions to establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
• Maintain collaborative relationships with other teams - internally and externally - supporting the delivery of annual plans
• Implement changes to improve area of work, ensuring highest levels of quality are continually maintained.
• Manage complex customer issues
• Coach leaders and key stakeholders regarding all issues concerning team performance and capability.
• Act as a critical contact regarding organisational strategies and transformational change
• Monitor and evaluate workforce performance, leading on analysis, capability needs, reporting, and providing advice within the organisation's frameworks.
• Lead on complex projects and activities across People and Transformation

Requirements

• Previous experience in a senior HR role, with a strong working knowledge of the employee relations landscape.
• CIPD Level 5/7 qualified.
• Ability to influence and coach business leaders.
• Change-driven, highly motivated, and keen to champion organisational transformation.
